The Challenges and Solutions
Solution – We set up email notifications, which were sent to the customers at various stages of the journey. Some emails were also set up to follow up with the customers if they were stuck at any particular stage.
Solution – With Salesforce implementation, we also implemented Marketing Cloud for our client, resulting in email notifications for newly registered users. We also helped them implement a campaign for the onboarding stage of new customers.
Solution – We helped clients automate their marketing strategy by logging leads to implement Sales Cloud. We also created a mechanism to send signed-up customers emails as a reminder to register on the platform. The other aspects of the mechanism were setting up account starter messages and reminders to download the content and take the tests.
