TrailblazerDX 2025 proved to be more than just an event; it was an integration of creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and technical wizardry. For Team TriAgent, this global Salesforce hackathon was an incredible journey filled with productive teamwork, innovation, a collective vision, and a mark of national acknowledgment.

With a clear objective, Minkesh welcomed TriAgent to TDX 2025. The mission entailed creating a meaningful, scalable, and evergreen solution harnessing the capabilities of AgentForce, Slack, and Salesforce. What ensued was a sleepless roller coaster of non-stop coding with rapid decision-making and eureka moments.

The challenge from TriAgent focused on the enhancement of collaboration driven by AI in Slack, targeting sales and field personnel using AgentForce. The goal was to develop intelligent agents that do more than passively wait for inquiries to be raised but serve as active participants, guiding and providing assistance while contextually streamlining CRM processes.

With goal alignment and effective collaboration, all members of TriAgent took on their responsibilities.

The Mission: AgentForce + Slack Integration

Dhyey’s contributions were key in enabling AI agents to interface organically with users and navigate Salesforce data. He also played a vital role in demo video creation, which simplified the solution’s complex factors in a powerful, digestible manner, showcasing value to the judges as well as the audience.

Kriyanshi took care of the agent’s architecture and configuration, as well as the Slack integration, attending to everything from access credentials to flow design. Her tackling of last-minute tech challenges, such as library data stream issues and the final submission of the project 30 seconds before the deadline, is what made all the difference for TriAgent.

Jeet worked on the intelligent agents, developing prompts and the necessary backend logic using Apex. Because of his meticulous tailoring of the AI-provided business-relevant and realistic answers, AgentForce was able to dominate in terms of usability and depth offer.

Here we cover the demo video about the Slack integration you must check.

The Idea That Brought TriAgents Together

The participants were greeted by a highly energizing atmosphere that sparked new skills and creativity to be unearthed, all within embracing friendly competition.

Triagent’s hackathon was an opportunity for the initiative to solve real world issues with the aid of appropriate technology, as opposed to competing for prizes. The preparation that was done was useful for them, but the event ‘ roll up one’s sleeves’ mentality, peer to peer knowledge sharing in TDX, and competition amongst peers proved to be more enthralling than previously thought.

Meet the Minds Behind TriAgents

Meet the Minds Behind Trigent
  • Dhyey played a crucial role in designing seamless process flows that allowed AI agents to connect naturally with users and Salesforce data. His expertise extended to crafting the demo video, which ultimately showcased their solution’s value to the judges and audience in a powerful, simplified way.
  • Kriyanshi handled the agent architecture, configuration, and Slack integration, working on everything from access authentication to flow design. Her ability to juggle last-minute technical hurdles—like resolving data library issues and managing the final submission just 30 seconds before the deadline—proved pivotal to TriAgent’s success.
  • Jeet focused on building the intelligent agents themselves, crafting prompts and back-end logic with Apex. His careful attention ensured the AI responses were not only intelligent but aligned with real-world business needs, giving AgentForce the edge in usability.

Expectations vs. Reality

The team entered the event expecting a competitive yet collaborative environment—and the reality went far beyond that. The energy was electric, the challenges were real, and the atmosphere pushed every participant to dig deeper into their skills and creativity.

For TriAgent, the hackathon wasn’t just about competing—it was about solving real-world problems with meaningful technology. They came prepared, but the hands-on problem-solving, time pressure, and peer-to-peer learning at TDX added layers of excitement they hadn’t anticipated.

Life Changing Lessons

This was a true innovation masterclass, not the sprint of a singular technological characteristic.

Between the actual work, Slack AgentForce to Salesforce flows, and prompt engineering to the various things AI can do within CRM, Team TriAgent went from gaining snapshots of knowledge to grasping the concepts with full conviction.

The lesson of the day was that automation isn’t simply things businesses use; they have started evolving into smart systems that strategically influence critical components of any business, like consumer interaction, business engagement, and business decisions during any phase.

Soft skills aid greatly as well, and in this case, the coherence of the demonstrative performance as the storyline of the presentation was sculpted by effective time management and proper adaptability. All these skills have shifted the way TriAgent approaches projects.

Teamwork That Made the Dream Work

The TriAgent’s strongest characteristic was on display during the two days and twelve hours the hackathon lasted.

Participating in the hackathon enabled the team to work closely within a single workspace. This shift in approach fostered lateral thinking, allowing ideas to develop more fluidly. As a result, the team was able to complete the bulk of the work with minimal friction—tackling each part systematically, one step at a time.

Using common trust and shared chuckles as a crutch, maximum productivity was reached while all these frames worked left ignored for a second. What mattered were the shared sentiments and standpoints.

Challenges and Triumphs

Every hackathon has its challenges, and for Team TriAgent, overcoming obstacles like Data Cloud Integration, constructing a working prompt builder, and managing a timed upload of the demo video all proved to be formidable.

Salesforce support came through, which demonstrates how calm under pressure and smart task partitioning can lead to everything functioning seamlessly at the last possible moment.

Recognition That Made It All Worthwhile

TriAgent received the “Best Use of Slack Award,” which, combined with placing as the top team out of 250+ participants, corroborated all the brainstorming sessions and sleepless nights that flowed endless lines of code.

TriAgent appreciated the trophy, but what truly mattered was peer and community recognition. Some teams acknowledged the use of AI-driven conversational agents, and the remarks provided new avenues for collaboration and visibility for GetOnCRM.

Professional Growth and Future Impact

For every member of TriAgent, attending TDX 2025 represents a professional inflection point. Be it boosted self-esteem, sharpened technical skill set, or even interacting with the top minds in the salesforce ecosystem, all of them make day-to-day operations at GetOnCRM more creative.

The experience fueled new concepts for GetOnCRM’s offerings, like automation in retail, field service, and customer support. While exploring AI, Slack, and Salesforce integration, TriAgent is already applying TDX’s insights for client engagement and product strategy.

Looking Ahead: Advice for Future Trailblazers

  • Don’t strive for perfect solutions first—focus on delivering functionality instead. Build first, polish later.
  • Work together and share updates frequently. Synergy in real-time is unmatched.
  • Lastly, embrace every opportunity for learning, regardless of the outcome.

Conclusion: One Hackathon, Infinite Possibilities
