Our client is a Not-for-Profit Organization dedicated to raising gender and racial parity in the corporate C-Suite and on the Board of Directors. They do this by asking corporations to take a pledge to simply interview at least one qualified woman for all open roles, VP and above.
Requirement:
- The core requirement was to integrate Salesforce with WordPress to sync data between salesforce to external systems (payment services like PayPal & Stripe)
- Hierarchy of accounts for a variety of departments (HR, CEO, Donor, CPO) and maintain different types of donation & sponsorship with their subtype(parity and parity index) of them and level of them
- Send email to donors for their donations as appreciation
- Send email reminders to donors
- Tracking the donations received from donors

Our Role: Our main role is to connect WordPress to salesforce using some plugins and connected apps for maintaining their data into salesforce using integration.
Challenges
While carrying out Integration for our client we faced challenges mainly because our client’s website was a non-Salesforce website.
Some challenges we faced were:
- Customization of lead conversion for data-mapping
- Customization of page layout for importing data into Salesforce with NonProfit Success Pack object relationship
- Customization of page layout for exporting data from Salesforce with NPSP object relationship
