TDX is a two-day conference that kicked off this year in Bangalore on April 29. The conference was back with a bang after a five-year break. It concluded on May 3 and was nothing short of spectacular. 10,000+ people came out to witness the grand reunion and were accompanied by 50+ booths and a surge of learning opportunities.
Winning amid tough competition originating from over 200+ teams throughout the Salesforce ecosystem, Team Triagents integrated Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Slack to elevate AI workflows and streamline productivity, enhancing sales productivity seamlessly. This award-winning achievement is a testament to the Tango Team’s meticulous skill set, boundless imagination, and ability to resolve unmasked business challenges within a two-day time frame.
About the TDX Hackathon
Salesforce considers TDX Hackathon as one of the greatest innovation competitions in the Salesforce developer ecosystem. It allows solution builders, architects, and designers to design, build and demonstrate innovative solutions to pressing business challenges.
Over 200 teams participated, each with 3 to 5 members, across several categories, including Best Use of Slack, Best Demo, Best Use of Data Cloud, and Overall Grand Winners. Team Triagents from GetOnCRM won the Best Use of Slack award for their amazing presentation and outstanding sales engagement solution inside the collaboration tool.
TDX Hackathon is not only a competition, but also a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to directly interact with Salesforce employees, architects, and product leaders which brings together a large number of exceptional Salesforce professionals.

This, in a nutshell, impacts productivity while leaving a host of revenue opportunities on the table.
The Solution
A Slack-integrated AI Agent that acts as a smart assistant for sales reps—syncing with Salesforce to provide:
- Daily to-do lists
- Order history summaries
- Real-time alerts for product launches
- Nudges from managers for targets achieved
- Prioritized prospect insights
- Gap analysis suggestions
- Gamified leaderboard for sales motivation
- Reminders for overdue tasks and upcoming meetings
The solution, powered by Agentforce, Slack, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud, ensures that sales reps stay aligned with goals—without leaving Slack. It’s seamless, intelligent, and actionable.
The team built the prototype in under 48 hours, presented a compelling live demo, and impressed judges with clarity, functionality, and impact.
On-Stage Recognition and Experience
The winners of the TDX Hackathon, with a prize money of ₹15 lakhs, were felicitated on the following day. Later, the team had an interview with Gillian Bruce.
