The Challenges
Our client receives this paper-based application in large numbers. They were facing difficulties with addressing the application compliances and payment. That is why it took time to complete the compliance & approve the licenses for the medical professional.

The Solution
We identified Salesforce industries product Public Sector solutions as an apt product for customers’ requirements. We developed the solution using industries development tools like Omnistudio & also used standard development technologies like apex, lightning flows & lightning web components.
Design a web portal on Salesforce Experience Cloud for individual medical professionals or agents to submit applications.
Develop a backend system in the Public Sector Solutions Cloud to review and approve medical applications.
Employ Data Raptors and Integration Procedures to load and extract data from the Salesforce system.
Utilize Salesforce Omni Studio tools (Omniscript and flex cards) to create forms for capturing personal, professional, and compliance information.
